1969: May 31, 1969 SPAAAU District Veterans Championship at Orange Coast College.  Dewey Vroom won 3 events, Steve Seymour won JT at 169′-8″ (Independent, Long Beach June 3, 1969)

1970: May 31, 1970 “Seniors Track SPAAAU Championship at Orange Coast College.”
Results are minimal in the LA Times – meet included Dan Aldrich, Willie Kleinsasser, Joe Page, Bob Richards, Steve Seymour, Dewey Vroom, and Ross Winton. Joe Paige (40 plus) 5′-10″ high jump to surpass Bob Richards’ old (meet ?) record of 5′-4″  Reference:  (June 1, 1970 LA Times) and (San Bernardino Sun June 2, 1970)

Note: The June 13, 1970 LA Times mentions a Masters All Comers meet was scheduled June 13 at Orange Coast College
for the running events.  And the field events at Corona Del Mar High School.

Note: The June 24, 1972 Redlands Daily Facts mentions a May 1972 Masters meet at Fullerton Univ.  A Dr. Bowman threw the javelin.

Note: June 8, 1975 the Los Angeles Times reported that on June 7, 1975: Bill Fitzgerald set a M50 World Record in the Mile at 4:37.1 and M50 American Record in the 880 yard at 2:07.2
