Inspiration (Track and Field that is)

Past Inspiration:
When I was 25 years old attending local All Comers Meets  . . .  I remember an age “60 something” pole vaulter would bring himself and a crooked pole to each All Comers Meet.  The local newspaper would occasionally run a story on how he held American age records for the Pole Vault.  Over 17 years later (my couch potato years) – when I turned age 42 – that was my inspiration to find out “what was available for me ?”  Now that I am an age “60 something” hurdler  . . . maybe I can inspire someone for the future when I attend local meets.    Let us know what you think: at  jeff@shr1.org.
