- USATF Masters Track and Field Historical Task Force – Manager (Jan 2007 – Present). Spearheading the long-term strategic preservation of historical data and legacy milestones.
- Masters Track and Field Online Museum – Co-Founder & Curator (Jan 2007 – Present). Architected and maintain a comprehensive digital archive featuring thousands of public-access documents, preserving the global heritage of the sport.
- USATF Masters Track and Field Shuttle Hurdle Relay Coordinator (2006 – Present)
- Spearheaded the formal recognition of the Masters Shuttle Hurdle Relay, successfully establishing it as a sanctioned event eligible for national medals and records.
- Orchestrated the formation of non-club SHR teams, directly resulting in over 120 athletes securing Masters American Relay Records.
- Collaborated with USATF officials on precise hurdle placement and marking for 10+ National Outdoor Championships and 20+ regional California meets.
- National Union of Track Statisticians (NUTS) – Member (2022 – Present)
- Association of Track and Field Statisticians (ATFS) – Member (2022 – Present)
- Provided thousands of hours of research supporting track and field statistics websites such as World Masters Rankings
