Per Sept 20, 1971 Philadelphia Inquirer: Boo Morcom (age 50) placed 5th with a 4,649 point Decathlon held at Franklin Field on Sept 18-19, 1971.

1990 Penn Relays:  (June 1990 NMN, PDF, pg 33 of 44)
Atlanta ‘s Phil Raschker, 43. became the first woman ever to pole vault in competition at Philadelphia’s Franklin Field. In a special masters-only vault competition, Raschker cleared 2.47 meters (8’-1-1/2″)) to establish a new world best for women over age 40.

Open USA vs Great Britain Dual Meet 1995:
Per Oct 1995 National Masters News: Phil Raschker (age 48) represented USA in the Pole Vault. She placed 4th at 10′-10″ (3.30 m).
