Records Certifications:

Tom Patsalis held several Masters Track and Field 5-year, 10-year, and single-age-records.
Tom shared several of his certificates (Links 4.pdf to 24.pdf).
It is believed that Percy Knox assisted in publishing these certificates for several Masters track and field athletes in the past.
